Sub-Processors
Approved sub-processors are used to support service delivery.
All sub-processors:
Are contractually bound to GDPR standards
Do not train AI models on client data
Do not sell or reuse data
A disclosure list is provided during onboarding.
Retention and Deletion
Retention periods are agreed during onboarding
Data is deleted at the end of the agreed period
Clients may request deletion at any time
Deletion includes removal from active systems and scheduled removal from backups.
